What parts of the body does lupus affect?

SLE, the most common form of lupus, is an autoimmune disease in which the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue.  A chronic and complex disease, lupus can affect the joints, skin, brain, lungs, kidneys, and blood vessels, causing widespread inflammation and tissue damage in the affected organ.

What has your experience with lupus been?  Where has lupus most affected you?

  • All & had nearly 80 symptoms but I didn't have the normal ones that classify Lupus by looking at me. Got no help & I saved myself thru studying the medical field, body, & nutrition. Turned it all around an nearly died. Was down to 107lbs being a 5/10 male an now gaining my weight an muscles slowly back but I know I'll never be what I once was. Look what I posted on here about what works best for Lupus. Pray you all find tranquility
