Exercise and Lupus

Hi All! My Fiancee has had lupus for about 4 years now and one of the struggles we deal with is fatigue and burnout. Before her diagnosis, we would run 10k's and half marathons together but nowadays we are lucky if she can hit 3k steps for the day. Does anyone have any recommendations on what we can do to rebuild her stamina? We would love to be able to be somewhat active again without having to experience the pain.

Fatigue is the worse symptom in lupus struggling with everyday life
i would suggest to do routine exercise , have good diet and regular medicines and sleep is the most regulator which helps to reduce fatigue ( for me personally )
    stress less

I have given up most cardio based workouts and stick with yoga, pilates, hiking in the national park, biking and kayaking. I have days where it all seems like a struggle but I always do something. Some days it is so hard to "go" but once I am done I feel so much better.
