Looking for resources, book suggestions

Hello, 
I am in the process of being diagnosed with Lupus, although my allergist/immunologist is pretty certain I have the disease. I am looking for book suggestions to better understand Lupus, this new lifestyle, and how to deal with these new changes/prevent flares.

I just read Lupus: Natural Remedies by Wise Betty. I’m new to this so trying to learn also. It was insightful!
