Prednisone

I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis about a year ago and I was told to take prednisone start at 60mg and every 2 weeks reduce by 5mg. I don’t feel pain until I get under 20mg then my joint pain comes back fast and hard. Has anyone had this experience?

Yeah, I've had a lot of problems with prednisone. I ended up having to lower by 2.5 and do it very slowly. For me, my face would break out whenever I lowered under 20mg.
