Candida Overgrowth

I have been on Prednisone for 5 months now and it is causing a Candida Overgrowth in my body. Has anyone used Diflucan with Plaquenil? There is a drug interaction between and 2 drugs but my PCP still recommends to take them together. Also, did Diflucan cause you a flare?

I have taken both together with no issues.

I've taken them together with no issues. No flares.
In addition, I've started using over the counter boric acid inserts. I've read that they may help with chronic overgrowth.
