Need a 2nd opinion or drop it?

I've been reading the forums and I'm still not sure if I need a 2nd opinion or not. My Rheumatologist said things that are in contrast to what Dr. Google says (you don't have to tell me that Dr. Google is usually wrong).  I've already had MS ruled out with an MRI.  The Rheumatologist I saw said he's 90% sure I don't have lupus based on my symptoms.  I just need someone to look this over and tell me either he's right or I need to look for another doctor.  I don't know how much longer I can stand this much pain constantly.

Symptoms:
  • Finger and hand joints very painful (burning), stiff, swollen (not bee-sting swollen but very puffy)[rheumatologist said this isn't a lupus symptom]
  • Elbow joints starting to stiffen and burn.
  • Painful ankles and feet with swelling.[rheumatologist said this isn't a lupus symptom]
  • Migraines
  • (those top 4 are way worse when the barometer drops)
  • Hair loss
  • I pass out in heat
  • If the sun touches my skin I get an itchy rash
  • I usually have a sore in my mouth and/or nose
  • Heart palpitations
  • Full leg pain (seriously, FULL leg pain at about 4-6 continually.  Never ends)[rheumatologist said this isn't a lupus symptom]
  • Vision loss (from .25 reading glasses to 2.75 in less than a year)
  • Easy bruising
  • Anemia
  • Low iron and low D
  • Dizziness and balance issues [rheumatologist said this isn't a lupus symptom]
  • Most definitely no weight loss or decreased appetite
