Chest soreness/short of breathe

I’m experiencing a lot of shortness of breath, very sore around lungs, chest area muscles, in my upper back too. And I’ve swelled up a bit in these areas, I can see the puffiness underneath the chest area. Does this sound like lupus symptoms. It’s new for me but starting to concern me.

    Good Morning Ibsteins,
    I am sorry to hear you are struggling so much with this overall respiratory symptoms and the uncertainty of it, I know does not help. I see this was posted on 3-12-20, are you still experiencing this problem? I would like offer insight if you are.
