Dry skin/hands from lupus?

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. I signed up because my girlfriend recently tested positive on an ANA test. She’s had all the symptoms from butterfly rash to achy/swollen knees. She’s been taking the general steroid (pserisone) and allergy medicine. She recently has dealt with dry hands. Is that part of lupus?

In my case it’s one of my symptoms, sometimes little rushes and super dry skin.
