Is it realy sle

in Symptoms
I had ana titer 1 640 diffuse speckled and now im taking paquelin and prednisone. The only other test right now thats not normal is i have low platelets and high mpv. I do have pleuralsy in my left lung and face rash and joint pain and fevers and headaches with nose bleeds.. Can it be something other than sle.

    Sweetheart, so sorry. seek medical attention and blood tests. If you give your family physician your known family medical conditions and your symptoms, then it may help to see what s/he can test for, or refer you to the specialist that can order you these specific tests. That’s how I was diagnosed b/c I was referred to a rheumatologist to know it was lupus for sure after she did the final marker tests. Take care.

    Hi, I’m Ashley. I’m so sorry I don’t have any advice for you because I was just officially diagnosed 3 weeks ago. It took me finding a great doctor who thought to test me. I just want to say I’m praying for you to feel better. I’m going through a lot of the same symptoms. I’m not really a person who goes on forums but I thought that maybe it would be a good idea to not feel so alone in this. Please reach out to me ANYTIME
