Homogeneous Titer 1:160. What does it mean?

in Symptoms
Hi there, I am new and this is my first post. I have tested consistently positive on my ANA test for the past three years. The pattern has always been homogeneous and the titer has changed from 1:160 to 1:3 and now back to 1:160. I live in a small town with a small town doctor so nothing has been done other than my research online. Does this mean I have lupus? I am 47 years old, I have stage 4 cystic arthritis in my foot, I have had a total hip replacement and have had three blood clots in my right lung. My ankles ache a lot and I’m chronically anemic and have to have iron infusions. I’m generally tired. I don’t know if those play a role or not. What I’ve read online about the titer confuses me. I would be so appreciative if someone can explain it to me and what you think about my symptoms and blood work results. Thank you so much!
