Teacher with Lupus

I was diagnosised with Lupus in 2017. I am a first grade teacher and I'm struggling with teaching, being a mom of a 6 year old and 14 year old, a daughter of a stroke patient in a nursing home. I don't sleep well at night. When I am on breaks from teaching, thats when I feel the best. I'm so tired. I want to be who I was before Lupus and Fibromyalgia. Anyone out there know how to make it all work?

I am sorry to hear you are having such a hard time, it is alot to learn to deal with. The coming to terms and coping process is never the same path for everyone, as the lifestyles, daily activities and the family structure of others, is never the same for all. Having a steady and diverse support system in place can greatly help with the process.
